tvmmm started in 2024, after years of watching finance teams rebuild the same receipt-parsing pipeline by hand. We turned it into a product instead of a spreadsheet.
Every finance team we spoke to had the same problem and the same workaround: a shared inbox, a naming convention, and somebody rekeying invoices into the ledger every Friday. The data was already structured in the document. The bottleneck was transcription, not information.
The first version of tvmmm was one script reading PDFs from a folder. It took three weeks and handled the document formats of the four teams we knew. That was enough to see which parts of the problem were genuinely hard, and which parts just looked hard.
tvmmm is run as an independent studio today. We build the product ourselves, we answer the support inbox ourselves, and we publish our roadmap before we build it. There is no sales team between you and the engineers.
A number the reviewer cannot interrogate is a number they cannot trust. Every field carries its own score, and low scores route to a human instead of posting quietly.
Almost nobody wants a new general ledger. We integrate with what is already installed and keep the approval chains teams spent years building.
A duplicate subscription left in place for two years costs more than the automation that would have caught it in week one. Detection is worth more than speed.
Everyone who writes the pipeline also talks to customers. Support replies come from the same person who shipped the change.
Extraction pipeline, validation rules, accounting connectors. Design and implementation sit in the same codebase.
Document onboarding, VAT ID validation, invoice review and every support ticket that lands in the inbox.
tvmmm is a small independent product studio. No sales layer, no reseller chain — the people who build the pipeline are the people you talk to.
Sales enquiries, security reviews and press all reach the same inbox.
Send a month of receipts and we will show you what the pipeline extracts before any integration work starts.
